OK I understand now Yeah, for some reason I still don't quite understand, there's been a push within the entertainment industry in recent years to fuck around with and change perfectly fine and successful franchises because... "reasons". I've never been more grateful for my extensive physical media library. You ever watch The Critical Drinker on youtube? He has some strong feelings about those "reasons."

Avocados are not everyone's cup of tea.
They weren't mine for a long time. I didn't like them, but now I do. There are many things I enjoy now that I could never tolerate in my youth, such as custard, jelly or gravy... However, my circle of acceptance has not yet expanded to include avocadoes. In a minute there is time for decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse...

I don't really like Pepsi... too sweet. I only drink it when there are no other choices... or I just drink water instead.
I've heard that often enough before. I figure it must just be a preference kinda thing..........especially in the bar scene where Coke is preferred for mixing?
But I used to do the Dew, so even Pepsi's sweeter cola taste is a step down from that green sugary high. Sadly, like a lot of sugary cereal brands, I outgrew it.
Coke I usually save for the greasiest of food.........but oddly enough, I do prefer Cherry Coke to Cherry Pepsi.
Two words:
Vanilla Coke

I've recently got in the habit of preparing various types of beef stew out of a tin, with freshly cooked rice and an ice-cold shandy... I augment the beef stew with various spices and a large dollop of vegemite... mmm, yummy. It's got almost as many uses as a Swiss army knife.
an olde friend of mine saved up for a long pined for trip to Australia.........and that was the one thing he insisted on bringing back with him. This was a few years before you could get just about anything online or thru Amazon.
He also kept singing about tying his kangaroo down, Ned Vegemite certainly makes a change from peanut and jelly... Although how anyone could eat a peanut and jelly sandwich without being violently ill afterwards remains a mystery to me.

There are a string of YouTube channels devoted to that general subject that I keep tabs on, however The Critical Drinker and Overlord DVD would probably be my personal favourites.

In a minute there is time for decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse... Is that a poetic way of saying, "Been there, done that"?

Oh yes, being a lazy fucker is not for the faint of heart... It takes years of dedication and determination. I bow to your superior laziness! A wise choice, young padawan. Pay attention and I shall teach you the full significance of the three main principles of laziness... 1. Never do it yourself when you can get someone else to do it for you. 2. Don't do today what you can do tomorrow... and if you can't be bothered to do it then, forget about it. 3. It is important to get eight hours sleep every day... and another twelve every night. Learn these three principles and you shall be worthy to learn about our holy mentor and saviour... There's more, but only if we can be arsed to worry about it.

And Mel makes a cameo appearance in his mate's film. There's also a brief appearence by a guy called "Moose". Actually, the two films share a few important cast members.

No offense, but I'm guessing that with such a small population, Aussie actors rarely find themselves out of work and must run into each other fairly frequently.
