For the record, the sound effects, musical cues and many of the verbal references are on point...
It helps if you're a Whovian, but it's not a necessity.

"A Brief History of a Time Lord" by Steven Mocking Which Time Lord might that be? Because according to the parasitical oxygen thief and failed abortion that currently runs DW, the Doctor's not one... For the first fifty or so years of the TV series, it was acknowledged that the Doctor was a Time Lord... the dominant intelligent species on his or her home planet Gallifrey. Of course, that's no longer his or her home planet and he/she/it doesn't even come from this universe. Basically, everything was retconned a year or so ago, to make the TV series a better fit with modern audiences... See JAMES BOND, STAR TREK, STAR WARS, TERMINATOR and so forth for further examples.

If Emma thinks Australia only consists of a big rock and a pretty harbour, she needs to yank her head out of her arse. Other than that, most of the slang terms seem to check out, although as I'm not a Millennial, I don't know shit about avocados... Oh... and it's not the mozzie guys that bite you, it's the girls.

I like guacamole so avocados are good.
Avocado toast is good too.
Take the pit out of a halved avocado, pour an egg mixture into the "bowl" and bake.
Damn. No I need to add avocados to the shopping list.....

Who wouldn't wanna be Pepsi Man? The T-1000 was sorta like cool liquid aluminum (aluminium for you extra vowel types out there)
Remember it was the Choice of a New Generation. (TM)

No thanks... Avocados are not everyone's cup of tea.
They weren't mine for a long time. I didn't like them, but now I do.

I don't really like Pepsi... too sweet. I only drink it when there are no other choices... or I just drink water instead.

OK I understand now Yeah, for some reason I still don't quite understand, there's been a push within the entertainment industry in recent years to fuck around with and change perfectly fine and successful franchises because... "reasons". I've never been more grateful for my extensive physical media library.

They weren't mine for a long time. I didn't like them, but now I do. There are many things I enjoy now that I could never tolerate in my youth, such as custard, jelly or gravy... However, my circle of acceptance has not yet expanded to include avocadoes.

I been hitting up the variety of zippy, spicy things of late.
Made meatballs with a mixture of Gochujang paste and some Korean BBQ sauce. Oh, it was tasty.

I've heard that often enough before. I figure it must just be a preference kinda thing..........especially in the bar scene where Coke is preferred for mixing?
But I used to do the Dew, so even Pepsi's sweeter cola taste is a step down from that green sugary high. Sadly, like a lot of sugary cereal brands, I outgrew it.
Coke I usually save for the greasiest of food.........but oddly enough, I do prefer Cherry Coke to Cherry Pepsi.

I've recently got in the habit of preparing various types of beef stew out of a tin, with freshly cooked rice and an ice-cold shandy... I augment the beef stew with various spices and a large dollop of vegemite... mmm, yummy. It's got almost as many uses as a Swiss army knife.

an olde friend of mine saved up for a long pined for trip to Australia.........and that was the one thing he insisted on bringing back with him. This was a few years before you could get just about anything online or thru Amazon.
He also kept singing about tying his kangaroo down, Ned
