That is so weird to me............... and I always thought the Dvd Regions were goofy.
I had no idea there were people posting things on youtube.......but then limiting who gets to see it? So they're limiting their own exposure? Very odd
DVD regions make no sense to me either... And it's the internet... You must be new here. 
It's a behind the curtains conspiracy, I tells ya!
I just saw some Russian videos with no subtitles even. But you can't access and English speaking video? That seems odd to me

That actually makes re-watching old films and TV shows even more enjoyable for me. I enjoy them for what they are and for the memories, but then I get an extra chuckle on top, thinking of all the poor, offended Twitterati... |
