sheesh......... THAT almost sounds like the intention behind having 50 separate States that could tinker and experiment to come up with the best approaches for their own smaller groups of people?
Whereas rule from on high by a far off distant ruling class, Federal Govt, should be avoided at all cost? What a concept. Wonder if anyone's tried that in the past or suggested it as a sound approach?
Yeah, but that sort of approach has yet to be perfected...  Besides, I'm not suggesting an individual approach to all aspects of statehood.
