And, with the exception of one possible instance I can think of, when was the last time you saw a single, private citizen and civilian in sole control of an atomic energy plant? And since you drew the comparison, allow me to take it one step further and suggest that gun control should be enforced on par with the international governance of atomic energy and nuclear materials. I was just listing all of the things that have probably killed more people than nuclear weapons thus far.
