I don't see the difference.......getting official govt approval, which can change with every administration means less than nothing to me. I don't see any difference between the wealthy buying off politicians with cash money versus the poor repaying politicians with their votes in exchange for ever more handouts. It's ALL corrupt, imo.

If for no other reason than the people that TRULY do need the help receive limited supplies as the wastes of space consume far more than their fair share of it.
