Yep, it's pretty much a coordinated effort............and they call together whatever resources they can on short notice.
This ended up being 1 person shooting people at his former employer, and not too many victims (2?), luckily.

ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WBAY) - Authorities say three people, including a gunman, are dead and another person is listed as having serious injuries following a shooting at Oneida Casino Saturday evening in Ashwaubenon.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office says current information suggests the suspect, who has only been identified as a male as of this time, has ties to the Oneida Casino from an employment status.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the shooting was a targeted event, and not a random shooting. Authorities say the gunman was targeting a specific victim that wasn’t there, but appears to have decided to shoot some of the person’s friends and coworkers.

Yep, those poor few weren't even the person he was looking to shoot......... they were just friends/coworkers......so they got to catch the lead.
NALM?  Made me chuckle.
I'd make a stereotypical joke about what they would protest for..........but it might not go over too well.

I haven't been a registered vote in Mass. since 1999 when I moved to South Jersey.
In fact, registering to vote was the first thing I did after moving in.  |

That "crazy little $Billionaire" was a US naval officer who graduated from the USNA. He was an Eagle Scout and later, a Distinguished Eagle Scout Award winner. He became a billionaire through hard work, determination, and hiring the right people for the right jobs... not by borrowing millions from his dad. He mounted his own privately-funded rescue mission to get his employees out of Iran while Carter negotiated for 444 days.
Not all billionaires are created equal. Some of them actually love their country more than their money.
I certainly think that the US would be in a much better situation now, had we had Ross at the helm for 8 years during the 90's.
