Because you love self-made millionaires and you hate people who get scammed for not exercising their personal responsibility to not be scammed.
Caveat emptor, right?
Unless it's you, of course....

Well, I certainly have no respect for her actions and she should be charged with a crime. THAT's something Govt is supposed to do.
But the idiots that sent her money? I'm not feeling a whole lotta sympathy..........are you?

It really depends on who the victims are.
If they are well-educated, middle-class folk, then I have little or no sympathy, but if they were elderly or young and not well-educated then... yeah... I have some sympathy as they are often the ones targeted by scammers.
Isn't that why Trump loves the poorly-educated... because they will more easily fall for his scams?

I'll partially give you the elderly as it seems they often lose their ability to think clearly as they really start to get up there in age.
But the not well-educated? You truly believe education is the cure for all........when time and again the so called smart ones, the college educated, etc etc seem to need more handholding and bail outs thru life? I know you're not onboard with these college loan forgiveness bribes. But what does that say about any of those people? Especially the Administrators and educators that thought it was all a grande idea as long as people got their well rounded educations at an even higher level?
Yet the metropolitan areas are filled to the rim with poorly educated and lifetime Democrat voters? I honestly feel there must be some sort of special math being used to claim the Democrats are the smarter and better educated group. Even if everyone in Red States dropped out of high school.........how does that not factor in all the drop outs and passed alongs that can't even read in the big cities? Or are they somehow magically excluded from that Stat claim?

He's certainly been nowhere near as successful as the Bidens in that regard.

People get sucked in by cons (all slick salespeople included) all the time.
2. I don't think education is a singular cure-all but I do think it's a damn good start.
As for "bailouts" and "handouts" you might want to ask how many companies are out there that your GOP buddies thought were "too big to fail."

LOL. We must have a different definition of grift. Mine's based in reality.

1. Yes, I've seen politicians speak, too.
2. It's always a start.......never a conclusion or result. That way, like 'climate change'........you're never shown to be a failure.
As for that, I said "Let them fail" as did most actual conservatives that I've ever heard.
3. Because you say so? Nice. While you accuse me of being more like Jack Haley.

Or do you feel once the swindle surpasses a certain dollar amount, it's no longer a grift?

2. And yet you keep voting for and advocating for the folks who (according to you) AREN'T "real conservatives."
3. I think you're all three rolled into one.

1. As a Ginger, orange is not really my color.
2. Yet they're the only ones even lying about supporting the things I support. Whereas the only other option is those who openly espouse all the politics I loathe.
3. I think you're not in Kansas anymore

So... YOU hold your nose and vote GOP but you think that every Democrat embraces every single aspect of the progressive platform?
Do you see why people think you have no brains?

Do they need to embrace every single?
People can think what they like. It's not like I'm trying to win a popularity contest. I've found what's most popular is behaving as if functioning brains didn't exist at all. Hence all of the social programs and dependency.
