Hey, I'll even give you that the Interest and bankruptcy protections are very suspicious. If the Govt wanted to refinance the entire affair, fine.

But if YOU borrowed the money, why shouldn't YOU be solely responsible to pay it back?

And what about any of this is going to make college more affordable? or stop anyone in the future from going into insane debt they'll never pay back?
