Always exceptions to every rule
but in this used to be mostly binary world, one tends to pick sides
And you tend to pick the wrong side each time.
No wonder your beard goes to Vegas alone....
Politics is 99% opinion. Where does this notion of 'wrong side' come from with you?
If I had studied harder, made more money and was more comfortably well off........ I'd accompany her on all of her trips. So that is my fault.

1. Reality is subjective? Maybe we should move this thread to the Philosophy board....
Politics is NOT 99% opinion... except for armchair pundits like yourself who fail to study history, philosophy, economics, geography, theology, and all of the other aspects of Political Science.
As a self-professed libertarian, I would have thought the "right side" would be easy to identify: the one where you get to live on your own terms. That means the wrong side is that of the invader.
This is where you blah blah about American invasions as if it's some sort of intellectual panacea for the issue, when all it comes down to is... two wrongs don't make a right.
2. If you had studied harder and worked harder, you probably wouldn't need a beard. And if you were married for love rather than financial security, she might even pay for the trip.
This is where you tell me how many times she has offered to pay but you refused because of some vow about paying your own way... blah blah bull
You're not married, Abs. You're roommates sharing expenses with an occasional sheet-tumble tossed in.

1. Like most politics.......what works for you, may not work for others. So the opinions vary widely.
As a libertarian minded person I'm well aware of just how much the Govt has intruded into everyone's lives. Why would they stop with just their own citizens?
2. Marriage advice, too? No charge? In fact, she has offered to pay my way on vacations more than once.......but I don't roll that way.
You guessed correctly. Certain principles matter to some of us.
Thank you for your assessment, Doctor

In short: anyone who doesn't own a home is shit.
Landlords and businesses don't need to be held to any "basic standards" of fiscal responsibility.
Weird, the NYTimes just plopped out this one..........
The New York Times
It’s tempting to jump into the home-buying frenzy. But with prices up and mortgage rates surging, make sure you do the math first. Here's how to figure out if you can actually afford that new home.
