USA Today Deletes NBC News Report Showing COVID Vaccinated Spread Virus Luis T CDC, COVID-19, deception, Face Mask, Interesting Facts, Mainstream Media, New Cases, Vaccinated people July 29, 2021 1 Minute
USA Today tried to memory-hole a shocking fact about the COVID injections inconvenient to the left’s pandemic narrative reported by NBC News of all outlets.
NBC had reported on the CDC’s COVID guidance reversal on masks on Monday, noting that vaccinated people may actually carry a higher viral load of the coronavirus than unvaccinated people. usa today deletes nbc news report showing covid vaccinated spread virus
“NBC News, citing unnamed officials aware of the decision, reported it comes after new data suggests vaccinated individuals could have higher levels of virus and infect others amid the surge of cases driven by the delta variant of the coronavirus,” the USA Today reported in a passage that was later scrubbed from an article.

Though the USA Today story drops the reference to NBC News, it nonetheless corroborates its reporting: “CDC says vaccinated people may transmit virus, recommends masks indoors.”

I don't even have to look up the source to know that it's some alt-right site.
Wear a mask.
Wash your hands.
Keep your distance.
If everyone had been doing those three things from January 2020 onward, you wouldn't be dealing with so much shit now.

No one is saying it would have "gone away" per se, but we'd have a lot fewer sick and dead... which is exactly what I said.
And I've covered the transmissability issue elsewhere.

The elderly and vulnerable were going to just get older........so how does that improve their odds?
The vulnerable are still vulnerable. Even with the vaccine, it appears it's already wearing off and will need boosters......so what? The Answer is to keep everyone locked up forever and keep giving them shots?
This is just another divisive difference in opinion on which approach would be best. People like me were fine with protecting the elderly and vulnerable......and even closing things down for a few weeks to 'flatten the curve'.........but after that? It's gotten beyond ridiculous.

1. It's weird, but most emotionally stable people actually like living longer. Whoda thunk it?
2. If everyone were vaccinated, why would people need to be locked up? There were reports months and months ago stating that Covid could become endemic due to the poor response to the initial outbreak. It looks as though that has come to pass. Vaccination cards for infants are going to have a special spot for Covid, right along with chickenpox, measles, and polio.
You can than the herpaderp "masks infringe on my freedoms!" crowd for that.
3. But that needed to be done in JANUARY 2020 not March 2020 and it didn't happen! Why can't you or any of your ilk understand that simple fact?

1. Tom Segura stand up "People say I wanna live to 100! REALLY? Have you SEEN 80?" Or were you mistakenly suggesting that I'm emotionally stable?
2. Because the vaccinated are capable of passing covid, too? And the vaccination is already needing a booster? That failure to completely comply was something predicted by people like myself all along. Remember? I made racist stereotypical remarks about the difference between the American population and others areas of the world, like Japan or China? And it's still an interconnected world with jet planes, so.......sooner or later, it was still gonna get everywhere.
I'd be more the "This fricken lockdown has been a total infringement of my freedoms." And it has failed as was predicted at the start. So at this point I'm simply telling people if THEY are still scared....then THEY should just stay the F home and leave those of us who aren't scared the F alone to go about our business and daily lives.
3. What part of "It'll NEVER work in REALITY" did you not understand this entire time? I know what you'd love for people to do. I know what you think is possible if everyone would just....... BUT once again, this is real people on this planet we're dealing with. Even though we're often going in different directions, our complaints are kinda the same..... PEOPLE do not listen or follow sound advice. They JUST DON'T

1. It really depends on "quality of life," doesn't it? But still, I'm guessing my mom didn't want to die at 48 and miss the births of her 3 grandchildren. I'm even betting that my father didn't want to die at 63 and miss seeing his grandkids grow up. My dad was a very pragmatic person and had he lived to be 80 and not in peak health, he probably would have wanted to last a couple more years just to see my daughter graduate from college.
I think older folks have a lot more FOMO than you give them credit for.
2. Wow. You didn't read a word I wrote. Am I surprised? Not in the least.
3. Except for the fact that it did work in many places because some people DO follow advice... and laws.

1. Yeah, that really too soon for any Mom to pass. Sorry. Well, it's easy to see why being a grandparent can and should be much more luxurious and enjoyable a ride than being a parent.
2. tldr
3. And some people do not and never will. Hence the actual reasoning behind my views on which would have been the better approach from the beginning. It's very similar to my thinking on why the war on drugs should be abandoned.

3. That's what jails and prisons are for.
I wonder how Billy Ray and Bobbie Sue are going to feel after they get out of prison for not wearing masks and realize that their felony record has destroyed their lives and their ability to build new ones. I'll bet they stop bitching about "certain people" always being "on the dole" then.

They'll likely get right back to producing Meth. Possibly, because their previous jobs will now be unavailable to them.

that or the drive to acquire drugs Six of one.....half dozen.... It was a nice dodge, Abs... slightly humorous, but a dodge from the point nonetheless. Stop trying to milk it. Your tactics are about as sneaky as a cockroach on a white rug.
