1. Lawn Darts - Not gonna lie. There were times I wanted to throw one of those darts into my older brother's smug face after besting me, a child, 10 years his junior.
2. Slip 'n' Slides - I never had the desire (as an adult) to use one. My short stint playing [American] football had already taught me the dangers of hurling myself face first onto the hard ground
3. Atomic Laboratory Kit - It should have come with a book titled, "Everything I Know about Radiation, I Learned from Madam Curie"
4. Aqua Dots - "Hey, Susie. Why don't you come over to my place and play "Aqua Doctor"?
5. Easy Bake Oven - "Gee! After I make a cake, I'm going to go splash my hands in hot grease!"
Most of the "dangers" posed by these toys can be avoided by simply reading the instructions/warnings, using some common sense (which seems to be so much less "common" these days), and parents actually doing some parenting.
Sadly we have far too many juries and jurists who shun common sense in favor of "sticking it to" the corporations.
"Your Honor, my son got high on Aqua Dots, burned his fingers on his sister's Easy Bake Oven, then exacted revenge by throwing Lawn Darts at her as she and her friends used the Slip 'n' Slide in the back yard all while I was in the living room watching my soaps. I think the companies that make those toys should make me a millionaire so I can hire someone else to watch my children while I watch my soaps!"

Survived Jarts, Slip N Slide and the Easy Bake. Aqua Dots? Seems a bit like shrinky dinks......but whoever said kids ingesting any of their toys was a good thing?
Not shocked by adult injuries with slippery toys, though. It's a great physics lesson everyone should learn.
Ironic that last line as it's clear those parents were doing anything BUT watching their own kids at the time of injury.
