New sign Trump Organization may face criminal charges

New York prosecutors have given the Trump Organization a Monday deadline to provide arguments as to why it shouldn't face criminal charges.

Isn't that kinda the whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing?

But it is odd that prosecutors are asking to see the defense strategy before even going to court.

It actually looks like they're trying to do Donnie a solid before dragging him and his Crime Family into court where they are bound to get chewed up and spit out.

I tend to think it's a somewhat r3ecent development .......but some people point to cases like Sam Shepard and before........but trial by media beforehand is the current tactic used in the US.

This should also be an excellent example of somehow 'finding' crimes years after the fact
