I was just thinking about giving that TV series a re-watch... Or I might go with the book series instead. After I finish my read-through of the DIRTY HARRY series, it'll make a nice change of pace. I think I'm going to watch the movie, but only after I watch RHPS. The film is an absolute shit show. I'd rate it only slightly better than the sequel to RHPS... Harsh I know. The 1981 6 part BBC TV series is superior to the film in every respect.

Now be quiet. The show's about to start.

The latest to arrive on the scene........isn't the argument that this is how evolution works? Mutations, adaptations and survival?
So... going by your definition, I showed up on this thread later than you did... Does that mean I'm more evolved than you?
YES! .....until right NOW, of course

I admit it's not STORMFRONT, but don't let that deter you.
I'll have to take your word for it...........but still wonder if there's much difference? I saw a piece last week with a woman ripping every member of the Trump family up and down.......and I thought "Where does she find all of this animosity?"

1. you say, "conforming to their government," and I say, "conforming to their cultural norms." Yes, in the case of East Asians, the cultural norm is to accept the orders given to you by those in authority... sort of like the military but with everyone doing it.
As for responses t disasters, it comes down to respecting your fellow countrymen.
Diverse people can be respectful of everyone else if they wanted to be.
2. Yes. I believe it's called, "Bullying."
3. Was that some sort of racist dig at the Chinese?... that because they are no longer at the forefront of innovation that they aren't "gifted"?
1. Exactly......that's a pretty good way of putting it. If there was a study, I'd guess you'd find certain cultures have much higher percentages of their populations that could never survive in the military.
Respect? hmmmmm
Agreed........... if they wanted
2. Bitch-slapping the world, one nation and people at a time.
3. Avoiding the cheeky responses here......... I happen to think there are truly gifted people in every country/race/gender/etc etc. Also, part of the equation is being gifted, the other part is being motivated enough to use your gifts. Like intelligence, it'll only take you so far and I've seen plenty of not particularly smart people go very, very far using what they do have to the Nth degree.

1. I'm not sure. Humans thrive on hierarchical structures, which is one reason pure communism will never be achieved. Yes. Don't mistake the actions of the government or zealots as the measure of the people.
2. And getting bitch-slapped right back by a bunch of 3rd world guerrillas with less formal training and inferior firepower
3. Just remember that China invented almost everything first prior to the "Age of Discovery" when Europe's colonial and genocidal aspirations out-paced them. Then, when they were at their weakest they were militarily subdued and occupied by various foreign powers. Combine all that with civil wars and failed communist plans that led to starvation and privation, it's easy to see how they fell behind and felt the need to advance through "theft."
Having just typed all that, you can sort of see a similar pattern with a certain demographic within the US, can't you?

These days, it's just a matter of choosing which echo chamber you prefer... although I have witnessed FB ripping into both sides of the political aisle, so he's not as bad as some. 2. I expect she just has to remember the last four years of the Trump administration - especially the last twelve months during the COVID pandemic - and she's good to go with as much animosity as she needs.
