Because I don't have a tremendous amount of time, I'll give a brief answer: due to the shifting nature of the makeup of our government (election cycles), any form of "destabilization" would would only serve to bring about short term goals and even then, any hint of it in the press would only serve to destabilize the destabilization.
Anything long-term would require delving into "Bilderburg" style conspiracy theories.
Like I said: short answer.
What conspiracy theory did you have in mind?

Tucker Carlson had a piece tonite that listed a few examples of the FBI creating crimes and even encouraging crimes where there were none before in recent years.
I don't think the typical revolutionary thinks about the long term possibilities. But we could say the same thing for the US Intelligernce community and it's interventions and war mongering. Otherwise we wouldn't still be in Iraq and Afghanistan, right?
