And I thought climate change was only caused by all those rich bastards burning dollar bills while lighting their cigars.

They won't stay millionaires for long if they keep using larger denominations... Especially their own.

There are plenty of other ways to "burn" through mere millions... Just as the Joker Even just as a normal person. Mansions, supercars, superyachts, a fashionable wardrobe, a high trophy wife, a high-maintenance mistress, foreign vacations, memberships at exclusive clubs, high stakes gambling... and so on. And with inflation, a million dollars just doesn't go as far as it used to.

Most lottery winners and pro athletes are flat broke within 5 years after their payday
A $Million is nowhere near what it used to be.......... but I'd do well living off just the interest.

Oh yeah... Take some time to think things through before you piss it all away. Based on however much you have, figure out what you'd need to support an acceptable and decent lifestyle for yourself. Invest it in such a way that you'll receive the annual interest you require, then buy the house, the furniture, the car and so forth as you can afford it, fully insure it and anything left over is either discretionary cash for pleasure, or reinvested.
