IMDB2 suddenly deleted and that’s why everyone went to IMDB1 as the forum next in line with the most traffic. JC’s message recommending IMDB1 wasn’t posted until some time later after IMDB2 reopened while the Politics board there was still closed, long after everyone had already gone to IMDB1. The Politics board on IMDB2 then stayed closed for a year and everyone just stayed on IMDB1. That’s it. It turns out people who enjoy each other’s company in a politics board, follow each other to a new politics board when the previous one closes. What a genius discovery here. It would require self control in not bringing problems from one board to another. It could be done if everyone would stop the fighting that has nothing to do with HERE! Participation in the "bi-partisan threads" could lead to some fun interchanges. That's why "come here" might be a way to get away from it all. |
