I’ve noticed a definite down tick in the “big PM” on imdb1.
While I’m hoping it’s simply everyone’s having “Happy Holidays”?

My paranoid insecure ass is thinking it’s about me.
And I don’t want to be the ‘reason’ behind anyone’s er, untidy, internet experience.
Please, I know I can be boorish, in yer face, very personal in my posting. I understand this.
But, I certainly do not want anyone to think they need to avoid me, etc.
So? If ANYONE seems to think I’m ’out of hand’, etc, let me know through Ant. He’s an honorable man, as far as I know.
I’ll quit the big PM, and I’d never EVER put info out there on the public boards.
I know I’ve made enemies (<—-I guess) with lefties on the boards, and I don’t wanna screw with anyone else experience.

I think it just that time of year, mate.

It can be a cause for both positive and negative experiences and people probably just need a bit of time to take care of business.

I think things are mostly going alone as per usual... and you're definitely never a problem.

PS - Take it from a troublemaker like me.

I'm not posting much either. Part of it is work, part of it is just doing other things. I miss yinz though. It seems like I always work on movie night, although I get off at 11p this time.

I was thinking of going going back to IMDb1 after the holidays, but everytime I peak over there, it's like, why bother? It's just the same one-note trolls posting the SOS ad nauseum. The only thing I miss are yinz.

But I miss Toy and Bartlesby and Selfie and Foxy and Molly and Tommy and...everyone. But the politics board its self is just not what it was, and it never will be again. That's just the truth of things.

Part of the quiet is due to several posters simultaneously "taking a break from posting" for a while.

The number of "guests" vs "signed on" is rather astonishing even assuming that some of the "guests" are regulars and not just random internet wanderers.

You're a good guy and you're good company so no, that's silly as hell.

I'd guess the low traffic at the IMDB1 tree house has been due to just everyone busy for the holidays and now settling themselves in for the new year which will hopefully be less shitty than the previous one. It's also an emotional time where not everyone is in the mood to post so much.

I don't drink (alcohol, that is) but I understand alcohol makes people the next day question how they acted. That's not at all about making it about you. It's just the tricks the booze plays and when you're a good and caring dude it's normal to wonder about how you came across while you were "under the influence."

Personally I haven't even been able to tell when you've drank and you've come across as just good ole Tommy always. 

Anyway, it's a new year dude. Full speed ahead. Don't forget Movie Night XXIII this Saturday Jan 6, 7pm ET 4pm PT. There's also a universal countdown clock at movienight.site for these crazy Australians and their crazy time zones.
