I'm calling bullshit all day long on this guy. I had no idea who he even was. All I know is he's trans and is suddenly selling me tampons and seems to be taking over a lot of marketing. So I decided to see who he is.

That's supposedly the most famous transgender woman in America right now. He spent a year documenting his transition on TikTik. I guess he claims to have had facial feminizing surgery but I call shenanigans on that too, he looks the same to me. He clearly has no interest in changing his man's body at all.

While ‘live and let live’ is my life mantra, there are some lifestyles beyond my comprehension.

No judgments though.

Maybe my parents were overly proficient at teaching me to make do with what I have. God knows there’s been moments in my life where I wished I was absolutely anyone other than myself.

I've accepted that the reason this person is the newest "It Girl" sensation is because they are no longer marketing to me. They are marketing to zoomers who made "her" famous on TikTok. My issue is not that this person is trans (although having a transwoman selling tampons is dumb no matter how you try and wrap it). My issue is that I doubt the claim to begin with, this is an actor doing what actors do, clearly, and I'm being treated like a moron. She's pretty amazing, and beautiful. Also educated and accomplished in her field. Giving her an endorsement would also bring attention to her cause of shark conservation/ocean conservation. In another place and time, the different sport brands would be jumping at a chance to make her their spokesperson. What changed?

And to be clear, for me anyway, this isn't about a "trans" person modeling women's clothes. If either of these trans models modeled bras for Nike I wouldn't have an issue. Why? They actually transitioned into women and aren't doing a drag performance.
