That's a good guess

And I thought he was rather gentle with the opposition. Great points about parents and the 'button' they'd all slam for their own kids.

It's what I've repeatedly tried to convince others whenever the whole Govt in charge of Climate Change argument comes up. Especially on a nation to nation/population by population basis.
