I say give this guy and his 'patient' another go at it in a locked room. No handcuffs
NBC News Miami firefighter said he had no regrets after punching handcuffed patient on camera Antonio Planas Wed, December 14, 2022
A Miami firefighter who said he had no regrets after video captured him punching a handcuffed patient in October who allegedly spat at him has lost his job pending an investigation, officials said.
“If he never knew the consequence of spitting in a grown man’s face, then consider my actions public education and this video a PSA,” Robert Webster told NBC Miami on Tuesday.
Webster, who was a lieutenant with the City of Miami Department of Fire-Rescue, told the news outlet he is not remorseful for attacking a handcuffed patient on Oct. 15 in the emergency room at the Jackson Memorial Hospital.

I've known people that work in nursing homes who get the crap beat out them by their 'patients'........many of these elderly do not even know who they are, but they're still pretty combative.

That officer I was friends with who was pissed to find there were 3 or 5 other people with her name out there? The one who died this year? Yep. Had to keep getting AIDS tests because HIV doesn't show up immediately & is transferable by saliva. That is what spit masks are for. www.handcuffwarehouse.com/spit-bite-protection/No, she didn't punch the guy. It's a nasty thing. My husband would do it.

I'm confused.......the female cop you knew contracted AIDs?
Yes, unwanted spitting or pretty much any other bodily fluid sent in other peoples' direction is just rude.
Your husband would do what? spit while being arrested? Punch someone for spitting on him?

A client spat in her face. Some of the spit went into her eye or mouth, I forget. Back then they all claimed they had AIDS when they spat on the officers, maybe still do so she had to keep getting tested for HIV because the client refused & HIPA meant he had the right to refuse. Not unlike all those lovely assholes who coughed on people during the pandemic saying they had Covid. They coughed on store cashiers & pregnant gals the most locally. Just to be Dickson. So HIV was thought to be able to lie dormant for up to 5 yrs so she had to keep getting tested for HIV, getting to worry about having it. Humans are so kind, aren't we? My husband was a spitter. Spat on the sidewalk all the time. I got spat on in fights a few times. It's a vile habit

Now that is some serious BS, imo. If a dog bites someone and they have even a risk of rabies, the dog often gets put down. So imho a court order should have FORCED a blood sample from that douchebag so she could have some piece of mind. He assaulted her, fer chrissakes.Where's the judge with a warrant?
That's a lightly less dickish move. I get it, it's very rude..........but early on they were claiming it survived airborne for hours and days! Remember? So let's be real, if Covid is around, sooner or later most people are gonna catch it at least once.
That's always my point. Humans are not. They don't deserve as much as you wanna give them.
Cheeerist. Every time I think you've told me the worst about that guy.......you spill a bit more and it's even worse. I've got no problem with horking and spitting out in the yard or into the street. But on sidewalks? And definitely NOT onto other people. WTH? Guess how hard they'd get smacked by me?

Because dogs have the same rights as humans? Usually they test the dog, don't they? You have the right to privacy on your health issues. So we get to wave it when someone feels like it? How about when your job wants your health record? It's in their interest to know if your health is going south. It is the same dick move. A pregnant woman getting covid? At what risk to the child? People who had health issues? It is the same dick move. How is it different from someone calling in bomb threats, forcing evacuations? It's a power move. Since my co-worker never got AIDS, obviously the guy didn't have it, but it was a threat so he could have a small amount of power. Probably forgot about it a week later. Yeah. He was a real winner. His mother let him get away with too much. I asked her about it. Her response are to why she allowed his temper tantrums? "We had to live with him"

I like most dogs more than I like most people. Unless it's covid related.........then all the rules are out the window. My entire working life I've been amazed at how often certain people miss work. I can't figure out why employers bother.
Let's change the response to bomb threats.
Weird how a Mom could take so little responsibility for her own child, huh?
