I agree........it's his kid, too
There's a little fiddling attaching a new bag with every use, then it's like using one of those extension gripper tools to pick up the poop.
IIRC, cat poop in a box has a tendency to be solid and dry out relatively quickly. That is NOT the case all the time with doggies. If anything, this time of year makes it easier as it is close to freezing, so it's often stiff with no aroma.
Exactly, but I still think there's something wired differently in our brains when it comes to handling feces. Vomit and other odor filled things I'm OK with.
I have a bipolar cat who poops on stuff from time to time. I clean it up. I found a mess on the bathroom floor, figured it was her & cleaned it up. My old Grey butt came to lie on me Sniff sniff. Dingleberries? Ohmygod. I couldn't see her butthole for all the poop. She escaped once, but I managed to get it off finally. Butt was red & irritated. Poor old lady She is around 15-18 yrs old so like 65-70 yrs old in people years. No gloves. That was 10 minutes scrubbing fingers with hot water & soap.

do you?
Really?
After feminism, it sure seems like more of a choice than ever.
You overestimate the advances from feminism You can belittle men without any consequences You can cheat, get a divorce, get alimony, the kids, because you're accustomed to a lifestyle. You can play victim whenever you want. You can complain about your problems. Sorry, I don't see women having it harder....

It's his kid... Until they get a divorce, he loses custody and a third of his paycheck. Than he has to call his former wife to be allowed to see the child....

How did I know you would post this? I saw the title & knew she was stupid. When my husband went out & family paid? He picked the most expensive thing on the menu. I usually picked the cheapest thing I liked. So yeah, it's just women, right?
Guys don't splurge when someone else is picking up the tab.
It's a personality type. I've seen guys & gals do it.The lunch where they want to split the tab by how many people are there vs by what each person ordered.
merh, out of every thousand dinner tabs being picked up.........do you suppose it's even close to 50/50 picked up tabs by gender? Just checkin'
Whenever it's a group, that's prime time for the cheapos to try to get their bill paid for AND skimp out on the Tip. Gotta watch them like a hawk

Wanna discuss the alarming rate of male suicides? In the Western world, males die by suicide three to four times more often than do females. This greater male frequency is increased in those over the age of 65.

I musta missed the part where feminism and equality have been redefined, as well. grifted, too
check this one out.........
Dear Quentin,
Long story short: I met a man for dinner last week. I usually try FaceTime or even a daytime coffee at Starbucks or Verve Coffee Roasters in West Hollywood — for safety reasons — when there are a lot of people around, but this time I took one look at his joyful pictures and his jet-set lifestyle (if I’m being honest) and I thought, ‘What the hell? What could go wrong?’ Famous last words. This guy grifted me hard.
He chose the restaurant. It’s a fancy place on Melrose, which is great for people watching. It’s one of those places that attracts movie industry types and celebrities. The online menu does not list prices. If you have to ask, you can’t afford it. Well, I could not afford it. The bill came to $600. I fully expected him to pay. He drives a Tesla Model S Plaid Tri Motor ($127,590 a pop) and wore what appeared to be a custom suit. He probably eats at these places five times a week.
He was, is, a successful, smartly dressed guy with bundles of confidence and smiles, but oh boy, could he eat and drink. He ordered two glasses of champagne to start, and then we each had a cocktail, followed by the chef’s tasting menu, and we shared a bottle of wine. He’s a TV producer, and probably earns more money in a month than I earn in a year. The bill came to over $600. I put down my credit card fully expecting him to throw it back at me, but he didn’t.
We had a pretty good time, especially given the food (which was excellent) and the copious amounts of alcohol we drank. I am just out of a long-term engagement, which lasted three years, and he seemed both interested and, frankly, taken aback by that. My ex was a narcissist, and I’m better off without him. We ended up splitting the bill. I could not believe my eyes. I work in PR, I’m 26, and I don’t even earn six figures. I’m still reeling from this.
As he chose such an expensive restaurant, shouldn’t he have paid? He texted to make sure I got home OK. What should I do if he wants to meet again?

The lunch where they want to split the tab by how many people are there vs by what each person ordered. Yeah. I saw this article in my feed earlier and thought, "Golddigger got golddug." Kinda figured I'd get here and see it under Abbey's byline....

Co-worker's hubby "went to Dairy Queen for ice cream" but she followed & caught him with a prostitute. Gal who was 8 months pregnant when her boyfriend decided he wasn't ready to be a father & left. My husband who would suck up unemployment until it expired while I worked in a laundry for minimum wage. There's a show out there called "the Decline & Fall of the Western Civilization Pt 2" m.imdb.com/title/One of the guys(one of the L.A. bands I believe) brags they made their girlfriends pay their rent or bring them groceries because they are too busy trying to make it big as rock stars

It's his kid... Until they get a divorce, he loses custody and a third of his paycheck. Than he has to call his former wife to be allowed to see the child.... You mean the same guy who threatened to take the kid & go to Mexico so I would never see my kid again? Not out of loving the kid, but to keep me from the kid? The guy who raped me & dismissed it the next morning as no one would believe me because he was my husband? The guy who was addicted to going to yard sales but if I couldn't read the stupid address in the 5 seconds it took for him to cruise past the sign, would slug me in the arm. Just 1 slug. Not several so it didn't seem like being beat, but it was just one piece of the abuse he dished out. Talk to me, Shady. I lived it. I saw lots of gals live it. I had people as clients who beat their significant others. One guy seemed to be doing so well...until he got arrested for killing the current boyfriend of his ex.

Poor baby. Like my husband who cheated on me? I supported his damned ass, but he "got it whenever I could". So we separated. He moved a city over & financed his lifestyle on creditcards & tried to find a replacement for me but surprise, all the gals in the personal ads we looking for something. He had to admit I wasn't "a dime a dozen". That I was actually a good woman, better than he deserved. Maybe look for someone who cares about you & not a piece of ass that looks good on your arm.

I actually saw more guys grifting. The whole dating model came when? When women didn't work? When the date was used as a means of screening to find a wife? So how were women in 1940 supposed to pay for half the tab? As women started working, it has become a thing for the tab to be split 50/50. The NY dude on the morning show I catch says his idea of a date is coffee. He would invite his dates for coffee. So romantic & expensive! He admitted it was because he's cheap.

Wanna discuss the alarming rate of male suicides? In the Western world, males die by suicide three to four times more often than do females. This greater male frequency is increased in those over the age of 65. Because we have to keep going. We don't have the luxury of taking the easy out. My husband tried. Before I ever knew him. He would tell me time & time again how he felt sad (sorry for himself) he couldn't find a girlfriend (maybe lode the abusiveness?) So he took a bunch of pills, only the pills he took weren't the ones that would kill him. They got him to the hospital & pumped his stomach. And every so often he would lock himself in the bathroom threatening to kill himself while I tried to talk him out of it. Pure manipulation. When he died, could I kill myself? What about the kid? I didn't have the luxury of quitting. Women have kids or parents or people we have to look out for so we have to stay. Life is pain. Guys just choose to leave more often. Women get to pick up the pieces & make it work somehow.

Because women will prostitute themselves for a roof over their heads more often than guys? My clients had to work. We would get people, usually women, who would explain their living situation as "doing stuff" for the homeowner for room & board.
