We're not going to see it.
And if we can't handle it... all we need is for a few thousand breeding pairs to survive the apocalypse to start over again and hopefully do better the next time.
I certainly wouldn't want to survive the apocalypse. If nuclear war were to break out, while most other people would be running around, panicking and scrabbling to find the nearest fallout shelter to hide in, I'd grab a packet of cigarettes - I quit nearly a decade ago - a six pack of beer and climb onto the nearest building's roof to watch the show. It's not that I want to die, but I wouldn't want to spend the remains of my short, miserable, painful life hiding in a hole in the ground, not knowing if my food, drink, medication or myself are contaminated with radiation. And I get the distinct impression that an impressive gaming history on GTA - even if I do say so myself - will not be a much sought after survival skill. All the things that I've loved most about my life - art, books, music, film, TV, video games - would most likely be things of the past and all I'd have to look forward to is a brutal, cruel, depressing life full of sacrifice and suffering, followed most likely by an extended and excruciating death from radiation poisoning... no thanks. PS - And to be perfectly honest, taking into account the current status of the world, you might simply be beating the rush to the Pearly Gates. Make it a twelve pack of beer and two packs of smokes because I'll be joining you. I'll bring the bourbon.

Sadly, the fact that we survived 4 years of idiocracy under Der Drumpfuhrer is just making many people more apathetic than ever.

Are any of those policies actually in effect yet? The results certainly are. Results without policy enactment.
A rational person might surmise that the results are from the previous policies that are still in effect.....

O yeah!
There's that superior intellect and education on FULL display.
Cuz Biden & Co haven't altered Trump Course in any way, shape or form. Millions of Illegals would beg to differ from right inside this country's border at the moment.

What are the policies regarding immigration in the "Build Back Better" program? Be specific.
