Rather like that Chinese marriage custom, I've never heard of this HSP business. However, Australia is a wide brown land with a very diverse population... And I've only been paying - inattentive and infrequent - scrutiny to my surroundings for about the last fifty years. |

In GTAO: EXPANDED AND ENHANCED, a new feature was added that can be applied to certain land vehicles to make them go much faster than normal... HSW: Han's Special Works. Han is a mechanic with a vehicle workshop and special mechanical skills.  |
