Saying, "Group A is x" is not equal to saying, "Group B is not x."

This concept seems to baffle ideologues on both the left and right, but lots of folks on the right seem to constantly confuse the issue as if it's their job. Of course, in the case of Tan Cocks Ruler, it IS their job, but you get what I'm saying.

Example:

If you were to say, "Scratch a conservative, find a racist," you will be inundated with comments from conservatives talking about racist shit said and done by people on "the left." Little conservative snowflakes will moan about how badly done to they are.

But they won't actually try to offer and evidence that they are NOT racist or bigoted. At best they'll just say something even more stupid like, "I'm tired of all those niggers, spics, fags, trannies, and bitches calling us bigoted! I treat all those abominations the same as I treat decent, hard-working white folk! Maybe if all those niggers, spics, fags, trannies, and bitches took a minute away from doing drugs, committing crimes, fucking each other in the ass, and rioting they'd get a little more respect!"

I apologize for using harsh language. I wanted to express what is going on inside the heads of the conservatives rather than using whatever euphemistic language they use in polite company.

Wait........are you saying white folks can't be spics, fags, trannies or bitches?   And IIRC, there was a time very long ago the term nigger was applied to a type of person that had nothing to do with their skin color. Long before my time, of course.

I think what you're trying to point out here is a myopia of sorts.........while actively ignoring the source of the complaint is the myopic trend of what passes for acceptable humor in the the western world these days.

Now Tom Segura is one of the top comedians in the game currently.......and he leans mostly Left himself, imo..........but he's making light of the inconsistencies of being offended these days.

Notice, a 'hillbilly' is totally racist for being offended at honky? But everyone else can be offended by any number of words? Very odd position to take......historically disadvantaged? How long before that's no longer an excuse?
