Yes, Matthew, animals migrate to where there is food and water... even humans. I'd have thought that you might have picked up on that during your years at some of the most prestigious schools in the US. [rolleye1]

These migrations happen due to climate change: global, regional, and seasonal... just in case you missed all that sciency stuff about birds flying south for the winter.

More sciency stuff: some of the animals will die during the migration.

Even more sciency stuff: climate change in the past wiped out millions of species and nearly wiped out humans a couple times, but we adapted and we made it through OK.

It's called "evolution."
