No, Govt is merely a reflection of the people putting it into place.
The problems initiate with people.
Govt just tends to make things worse.

After they blackmail some money out of these chains..........you figure they'll go after all the doctors that prescribed the meds?

Too bad many states don't have laws against over-prescribing drugs and the ones that do have lots of loopholes.
... part of that "medical decisions are between a doctor and a patient" stuff
Although, if Roe gets overturned based on "privacy" not being a thing, then maybe we could go after the doctors... and businesses could start doing medical background checks on employees and prospective employees...
Watch all that freedom evaporate... at the hands of the guys and gals who pretend to love the constitution.
