Kaiser was Founded July 21, 1945; 76 years ago Area served California Colorado District of Columbia Georgia Hawaii Maryland Oregon Virginia Washington We had it when I was under 7. Before dad got hurt. Then when my husband worked at the grocery store in the 80s...so one card disintegrated (the plastic lining peeled off). This was the 2nd I got in the 90s. So cops & emergency workers don't interact with a soul all day long? So Dems are just horrible, Rotten hypocrites? Republicans are all good people.
So it's safe to say you'd take them at their word/opinion on how best to run things? ......without fear they were an evil corporation only interested in profits?
I didn't say that.......... just that you may have been underestimating how many people the average trucker comes into contact in a day during their shift.
No, they're all pretty much the same. Republicans are likely more hypocrites since they engage in behaviors they claim to oppose........whereas the Dems just cheer those behaviors on.

So it came from a good intention Kaiser doesn't do the per procedure thing. One of the doctors told me the difference at Kaiser is they are a health maintenance organization. The doctors are paid to keep their patients healthy, not by how many tests they order. Saw the (Kaiser) eye doctor today. She said my eyes improved from last time (?) & she continued see any damage from the diabetes so very positive. Because, yeah, Kaiser offers free eye exams to members. When I was moving stuff around in my storage shed, a box fell, knocking my glasses off & they have been wonky since (wire frame). Just can't seem to find their original shape so I figured if I get new glasses, I need a new rx I understand truckers interact with a number of people in a day, just not like a teacher or a paramedic. So an unvaxxed trucker vs an unvaxxed cop?

Kaiser sounds very responsible.
Have you tried heating up those frames? Metal often has memory and goes back to it's original bend when heated.
Totally depends on both that specific trucker and cop. Some cops might rarely get out of their car during a 10-12 hour shift. Some truckers might drive and pack a lunch. But they could both end up around dozens. They could both end up hanging out in truck stop/convenience stores around dozens of people.

It was a solid hit. Knocked them off my face. Everything seemed to get it. The nose thingies, the ear loops... I will keep them as spares as I do all my glasses.

Don't think so. Unlike my kid doing laundry. I have a pair of sunglasses I got with this pair in 2017 that I rarely wear. And the pair ahead. I did donate a pair or 2 when. I moved. I have more I need to clear out.

Been watching more history Channel stuff with all my free time. Apparently one theory about the Templars is they were in the Holy land digging around & found evidence Jesus didn't die on the cross (apparently Muslims believe this as well?). He wasn't on it long enough to die

hmmmmmm. he did get speared in the side, though.
Not buying into the Dan Brown type of theories that it was about the BLOODLINE?
Remember how much has been made in the past on the importance of blood and family connections?
Just the example of when those Commies took over Russia........what was their most important move? To eliminate the entire Romanov family.

Was it Lewis Black? Someone... Said Mary was a girl who stuck to her story. There was a group that insisted shebwas raped by a Roman soldier, that the God bit was a lie. It was more contemporary with when Christ lived.

I'd guess it was more a matter of some other religion that they absorbed into Christianity in order to convert some new followers.
Another comedian also said as adults we think things like Scientology sounds dumb as shit..........but that's only because the stuff we believe in we heard as little kids.
We believed that a woman who never got F'd, had a baby.......that walked on water........died and came back to life 3 days later. Makes total sense.

I have to wonder how much of this is 5G tactics?
Take a perfectly reasonable stance........but add to it a bit of outlandish nonsense........then discredit the entire thing.
Seems to be an excellent method to stamp out the opposition. Especially in this soundbite world.

Oh, we have so many like this truck. We had a swap meet seller who had bumper stickers all over his truck. I wondered if it was to cover the lack of fresh paint. Driving out in east county out to Julian is farmland. One in particular always seems to have a sign on his fence. Last I recall it was about W-impeach him or some such. What is 5g tactics? You think this is someone on my side trying to make your side look insane?

First-generation warfare refers to Ancient and Post-classical battles fought with massed manpower, using phalanx, line and column tactics with uniformed soldiers governed by the state.
Second-generation warfare is the Early modern tactics used after the invention of the rifled musket and breech-loading weapons and continuing through the development of the machine gun and indirect fire. The term second generation warfare was created by the U.S. military in 1989.
Third-generation warfare focuses on using Late modern technology-derived tactics of leveraging speed, stealth and surprise to bypass the enemy's lines and collapse their forces from the rear. Essentially, this was the end of linear warfare on a tactical level, with units seeking not simply to meet each other face to face but to outmaneuver each other to gain the greatest advantage.
Fourth-generation warfare as presented by Lind et al. is characterized by a "post-modern" return to decentralized forms of warfare, blurring of the lines between war and politics, combatants and civilians due to nation states' loss of their near-monopoly on combat forces, returning to modes of conflict common in pre-modern times.
Fifth-generation warfare is conducted primarily through non-kinetic military action, such as social engineering, misinformation, cyberattacks, along with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and fully autonomous systems. Fifth generation warfare has been described by Daniel Abbot as a war of "information and perception".

Dude, misinformation is old as time. Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss. Our original politicians raked muck with the best of them.
