No eyebrows? I never noticed, due most likely to being distracted by his magnificent beard.

I can understand that.
Beards do seem to be the latest barometer of manliness.......and funny given the slang use

They don't matter in this instance. Then are we to assume that those are water pistols or some other "toy" that don't even have the capacity to "shoot" caps?
That might be the only way you'll get a "bye" on this... from me. The police in the US, however, wouldn't give a fuck about such a distinction and simply blow you away.
That said, proper gun safety is important and your picture sends the wrong message.

1. They are replicas. 2. I'm not in the US. 3. If you are concerned about wrong messages been sent concerning firearms, may I redirect your attention towards American society and pop-culture?

2. Good. I wouldn't want you to get shot for no good reason.
A good reason OTOH....
3. Amazingly enough, the vast majority of gun safety seminars in the US are conducted by the NRA, with the others being conducted by other - less well-known - pro-2nd Amendment groups.
"Pop culture" is the real problem whether it's the fake bullshit you see on TV or the moronic idiots who act as if that fake bullshit is real. The biggest "pop culture" problem is believing that legal gun owners are the problem. There are around 90 million legal gun owners in the US and less than 500 of them will commit a murder in any given year... usually a lot less.

1. A group of friends and I were able to gain access to a video camera and fooled about, filming car chases, gun fights and so forth. The fact that two of us own replicas made it easier to create the "fantasy". I had two identical, fairly advanced VCRs, that allowed me o edit the film and add music and sound effects... it was fun. 2. Certainly, I'm of the opinion that when it comes to someone open carrying in a busy public space, it's always best to shoot them first and ask questions later. 3. I was leaning more into film and TV series creators than other area of American society. The biggest problem is the amount of firearms present, the easy access to yet more and the lack of proper enforcement of what gun laws there are. But hey, we both know we're never going to agree of this.

2. Open carry: an armed society is a polite society
3. Of course we won't agree. I'll never agree with anyone who wants to make it harder for law-abiding citizens to purchase a firearm while ignoring how much easier it already is (in most places) to buy one illegally.

And these days it's even easier and with more impressive results. 2. Open carry: an armed society is a paranoid society. 3. I'll never agree with anyone who supports such an unnecessary and clear and present danger to Human safety. Perhaps we should just leave it at agreeing to disagree?
