No comment for prometheus trying to set us up? You are married And live in Wisconsin I am sticking it out in San Diego as long as I can. My current rent is $300/month cheaper than I was paying. My car insurance went down $13 to $800-something for 6 months for my Nissan & the kid's Prius. Don't know about the rest yet. No air conditioning. Running fans. We'll see. |

Ouch, that seems kinda pricey......but I guess millions more drivers, more costly insurance.

That's $838 for the 2015 Prius HB hatchback & the Nissan & myself & my kid who rear ended someone in 2015. Still too high? It's a strange place. No doorbells. It was built in the 60s so I know they had doorbells. They don't even pretend to water the lawn. But it is apparently 50 square feet larger than my last apartment. Pretty quiet. Thor discovered the window so he's been looking out regularly. |

Yeah, still seems a little high to me........though we haven't had any accidents lately. WHY is your kid not paying for their own insurance? (I understand if it's cheaper to combine with you.....but that $Bill is not yours to pay)
Doorbell is an easy fix these days with WiFi and Bluetooth. The wife bought one of those video doorbell for cheap and even picked up a few motion detecting cameras to check out deliveries and the bird feeders.
I thought the peons in Cali are instructed to not waste water on lawns? That's only for the celebs and the politicians.
You can't get enough quiet, that's for sure.
Good to keep the kiddies/kitties? occupied.
