When my ex and her sister or sisters wanted their fortnightly supply, I usually had to drive them to their dealer. Meanwhile, the guy in question worked in a pizza bar... but I don't know if he did deliveries.
People are weird. If you say, "Let's go out." They say, "I think I'll stay in."
You say, "You need to stay in." and they're out the door before you can finish the sentence.
Yeah, when I was a teenager, if my Monaro was full of petrol and ready to go, I was happy to spend several days or more at home... But the moment there was something wrong with it... no petrol, flat tyre or flat battery... I felt trapped. These days, I'm lucky if I leave the house once a month... although a long walk on a deserted beach has been floating around in my consciousness of late.

There are always people scrounging for anything the tide might bring in; fishing; even still swimming in the cold waters.
I haven't been for a walk in a long time myself, unless it's to the market or bus stop.

There are a couple not far from where I live that are pretty much forgotten about and overlooked... mostly because very few know they exist and those who do are too busy. I haven't been to them in... 30 years? SA is 983 482 km², with a population of about 1.7 million... so there's never too many people about, especially in rural areas.

Besides, I have a pretty good internet, landline and mobile service, so I never feel alone. I can interact with as many people as I want to, at a distance and only when I wish to... perfect!

As much as I enjoy my own company and the company of my internet friends, I definitely need to have more direct contact with people from time to time. That's why I enjoy Tuesday night jam sessions.

Once a week?! I'm not sure if I'm prepared to make the commitment to wearing pants that often... As it is, it's been over a week since I last wore any... and it was only for about 5 or 10 minutes in any case. I often don't bother if I'm doing anything outside after dark... which could become awkward if anyone spots me. However, it adds a little excitement to my day. Besides, my infrequent forays to the local shops every few months normally satiates my appetite for actual Human contact. I normally go first thing in the morning or late in the evening, so there aren't actually that many Humans around at the time. And yes, I wear pants... if I remember.

ant-mac was no bloody saint, His farts could make anyone faint. He lived life in the nude, But not to be rude, He was just showing people his taint.

Yes, just how shorts are normally worn. Just making sure you weren't going to wear them on your head or something.... No, those days are far behind me... It's been at least a week since I did anything like that.

The only problem is that because I play GTAO so much, I keep getting my time scales mixed up. A day in real life is 24 hours, but a day in GTAO is 48 minutes... So you can see the problem.

So... when you played for 33 hours IRL, you were in-game for about 42 days? Yeah, that would fuck with time perception.
