Body-shaming is bad but so is body appreciation.
If a fat chick walks by me and I make "yuck" face, I'm an asshole.
If a hot chick walks by and I check her out, I'm a "perv" or "creep."
When did reacting to the world around us become a no-no?

I brought a woman home who I thought was fat but when she took her clothes off I saw that they were covering her slim body and I needed to make an excuse to get out of there. I like women who are big as a {fart} rhinoceros.

SRK, to each his own, but you'd still be guilty of both trespasses, although inverted.

People like to go out in public without having irritating people judging them, I suppose. 'Tis another example of how the world would be a better place if everyone simply minded their own business.

We judge people on their looks, their race, their money, their religion, their ideology, their accent, their clothes, and on and on.
If you see a guy walking down the street wearing a MAGA hat, don't tell me that you aren't judging him.
If you see a guy walking down the street exercising his right to open-carry, don't tell me that you aren't judging him.
I wonder how many of those news stories about fights over red baseball caps could have been avoided if people had just left those guys alone....

I have the courtesy to keep any judgements I make to myself.

I have the courtesy to keep any judgements I make to myself. That's also doubtful. Body language and tone of voice (even when writing) can tell a very different story than the words that come (or not) from one's mouth (or hand).
And even if you could manage to go through life as cold as an automaton, I suspect that you would have a very lonely existence.
What keeps us apart (AND together) as a species is judging one another. We need to find our "own kind" in order to build communities and we need to identify "the enemy" in order to have a focal point for cohesion of that community.
Even the notion of tolerance admits to having judged another group as being unworthy of true acceptance.

That is mostly true, but you were originally speaking of judging people in an obvious and obnoxious matter. I tend not to do that, since I don't appreciate it on the rare occasion it's done to me.

Most women I know like it. In my home town if a pretty woman walks past it’s common for a man to pull his penis out and pull on it whilst following her.

Obvious? Maybe. Obnoxious? Is there anything not obnoxious to the perpetually offended these days? Also, I find your choice of words particularly "judgy".
"...I don't appreciate it on the rare occasion it's done to me."
Are you so plain in countenance that you barely register to the people around you or is it that you live in a magical world of non-judgment?
Maybe it's simply because you are rarely seen in the deep, dark shadows of the night, man?

That chick who made the video of herself being "harassed" by men saying, "hello" to her would have loved you....

Different cultures have different public behaviors. People don't openly judge each other around here, except in tourist areas where people dress up specifically to attract attention. In some areas, some are more open with their opinions. Indeed, I'm a judgmental mf'er on here, that's what the board is for.

And yet, we still judge them for their judginess. So... they hide it until the moment of crisis and they are exposed... and judged Indeed. A message board allows you to be the honest human being you are too scared to be in real life.

Yup.
I got it.
One's social credit score is worth more to them than their integrity.

How does refraining from wolf whistling at women give one integrity? It is just polite manners.
