I'll pick box number two, thanks Bob...
And my reply is, "The more things change, the more they stay the same."

Why can't they come right out and admit it's the career politicians/establishment attacking them?
Or are they just missing all that freedom to make whatever claims they wanted when Trump was in office?

Because they don't want to risk losing their access to the powerful and influential? Oh yeah... the freedom to say whatever they wanted, provided it didn't upset the dear leader.

I'm sorry........ I've just seen 2 or 3 days of speculation that Trump had his pants on backwards at a recent speech.......and they're just now admitting, they weren't.
How was anyone, in any way, prevented from saying whatever the F they wanted about him since 2016? As Jerry Seinfeld noted, back in the earlier days of comedy it was the religious and conservative types who muzzled comedians........but now? It's the tolerance crowd of liberals.

1. Weren't they? They looked like they were... 2. No, it's not just the conservatives or the liberals... it's the powerful and the influential.

1. Please, give the Mark Steyn piece I just posted a read all the way thru. There's something overly sick & twisted about this obsessive behavior. The anti-bulliers are the biggest bullies ever seen.
2. That may be.......but they're using liberal types to push forward this agenda.

1. I'll look it up. 2. They use whoever happens to be useful to them at any particular moment, regardless of their political opinions.

Mark Steyn is a conservative author saying all the things I'd expect a conservative author to say... all the "greatest hits" as it were. I expect similar behaviour from a liberal author. As for obsessive behaviour, I'm sick of it from extremists on both ends of the political scale.
