Like the GOP would pass student loan forgiveness. They had 4 yrs to get an infrastructure bill out. Every time Donald wanted to distract people he declared "Infrastructure Week". Did we get anything outside of tax cuts? We could have used the good economy under Donnie to pay down some of that debt, but that only matters when the guy in the oval office is a Democrat, doesn't it? How about that Republican replacement for Obamacare? When will we get that?
All you're doing is explaining how much a part of the Establishment the GOP really is.
They COULD have gotten all sorts of things real conservatives voters wanted..........reducing the size of Govt, cutting spending, etc etc..........but they do PRETEND to be against things like the ACA ..........but then leave it in place despite having the power to rid us of that crap program.
They did not offer an infrastructure plan or a 'replacement' for the ACA or any other real improvements.........and like you've pointed out, even just reduced the Debt.
They are content to remain as they are.........while making sure newer actual conservatives never get elected.

Of course you like her stance. Dude, people pay for stuff in far greater amount than you believe. Though I am wondering how that rapper (Fat Joe?)'s wife paid $350 for a single bag of groceries. Liquor & steaks? I paid $100 & got 4 bags yesterday.
$100? I'd have guessed only 2 bags............but then I also know you're a better shopper than most and likely found sales and used coupons.  |

Yes, and there are always people who are primed to make use of the opportunity to loot & steal. The lesson they have learned is dive in during unrest & during disasters. It is absolutely ghoulish people go into disaster areas to loot, but they do.
Of course it is.
And the more we excuse criminal behavior, the more you'll see it

Free peanuts that weren't free(had to call Just For You today to get the credit) & free 8 pk seltzer. $20 in Halloween markdowns.(Ok. $5 was 2 dog toys for my kid's car-a small Lambchop & a small stegasaurus) Bananas. Jasmine rice. |
