Evil capitalism.......that's led to many of the wondrous things we enjoy.
1. Customer Service seems to suck these days
2. I'm often shocked by how much human input is still required in supply/stock/ordering. Best I can figure is all of these computer techs suck at their jobs, too.
3. Man O man once the robots of the future get here, tons of people are going to be easily replaced. (Myself included)
