Yes, when women attend a function wearing pant suits (usually of a particular color) they are showing solidarity with a particular ideological tenet. Ditto those weird pink, knit caps.

Since I doubt I'll ever be the manager of either Fantasy Island nor the face of KFC, I have no interest in wearing a white suit. I do however enjoy wearing khaki pants, thus my displeasure.
