Maybe you have a point, mate...

If they aren't capable of performing their duties... and don't actually seem to owe the public a duty of care, then why do the police even exist?

Perhaps they should be... "defunded"?

I've suggested disbanding entire police depts in areas where people do not wish to cooperate with them anyway.

Plus........ imo, Less Govt = Less laws = Less need for police overall.

Those two alone will cut down on the need for police... and probably save a few minority lives in the process.

As I dislike most people the same........the addition of 'a minority' really doesn't enter into the equation for me.    

I just laugh out loud at the suggestion that everything the person actually did that led to their death is irrelevant because the initial contact was precipitated by a tail light being out or being parked oddly. That'd be a bit like saying Salvador Ramos was shot merely for trespassing on school grounds.
