I had a friend years ago who used to put a leash on his iguana and take it for a walk. Some people complained and the police were called but since the animal was licensed and leashed the police couldn't even give him a ticket. One time an old lady had a heart attack when she came out of a store to find the iguana walking toward her. Her family tried to sue my friend when the police couldn't arrest him. Thankfully, his brother was a lawyer so it didn't cost him a dime (maybe a few beers) for his defense. He won. Can you imagine going for a nice leisurely stroll in the mountains and having a soccer ball fall on your head? |

I imagine that's why they were dangling over a forest rather than a suburb, but even if they weren't hit by the ball, I'm guessing there would also be some fairly well-filled pants and a bunch of brown-stained wet-wipes left at the scene.... |
