Wood posted a screenshot that he says shows a friendship between Tucker Carlson and Hunter Biden.

In a separate Telegram message, Wood claimed Carlson and Biden have a "buddy buddy" relationship.

The screenshot has not been independently verified by Carlson or Biden.

The Donald Trump-allied lawyer Lin Wood claims that the Fox News host Tucker Carlson and Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden's son, have a "buddy-buddy" relationship. On Thursday, Wood posted what he claims is a conversation between the two as proof.

While it's unclear who originally posted the email exchange between Biden and Carlson, Wood uploaded the unredacted and unverified screenshot to his Telegram channel on Thursday night. It appears to show three emails between Biden and Carlson from November 2014.

Neither Carlson nor Biden has confirmed the authenticity of the messages.

In the exchange, Carlson appears to thank Biden for writing a reference letter to Georgetown University — which Biden attended — for his son, Buckley.

"Hunter! I can't thank you enough for writing that letter to Georgetown on Buckley's behalf. So nice of you. I know it'll help," read a message that, according to the screenshot, appeared to be sent from Carlson's personal Gmail account on November 12, 2014.

"Hope you're great and we can all get dinner soon. Tucker," the email continued.

Wood's screenshot of the email chain also shows what appears to be a response from Biden a day later, which read: "Hey buddy — I need Buckley's CV if you have one handy. Thanks."

To that message, Carlson appears to respond: "Of course. Getting on a plane now but I'll ask Susie to send it right away. Thanks again. It's really nice of you to do this."

Buckley Carlson did not go to Georgetown University but instead studied government and political science at the University of Virginia and graduated in 2019.

But Carlson's apparent behind-the-scenes friendliness with Biden does not appear to jell with statements he has made about the latter. In April, Carlson made the baseless claim that Biden watches child pornography. During the 2020 presidential campaign, Carlson also launched attacks on Biden, calling the president's son a "fallen man."

It is unclear where Wood received such a screenshot, and he did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment. Carlson's and Biden's representatives have also been contacted for comment.

In Wood's Telegram message chain, he appeared to attribute the revealing of the screenshot to his threats to sue Carlson, whom he this week accused of being part of an extensive deep-state operation.

I live outside of a lefty city.......with good reason. I'll keep moving further away as it becomes required......or I retire.

I am not a Vet, do not do steroids and have no tattoos.

I have worn a mask when it was absolutely required.........most recently on my visit for a  yearly physical. But I do feel it's gotten beyond ridiculous it's still around. I would add it seems about 20-30% of people around here still continue to wear masks.

Peer pressure and virtue signaling certainly was a big part of it that first year, imo.

I do think some will grip their masks for the rest of their stupid lives, though. 

I do not radiate animosity or threat. I tend to smile and maybe nod at people making eye contact. And I almost never strike up chit chat with anyone......unless they begin it first.

That guy sounds like he needs to lower his steroid dose.....or it's a fake post by a Lefty projecting. And if anyone has been guilty of challenging strangers and bullying in public, it's been the left the last 2 years.......or maybe more? Since Trump, right?

Adam Ruins Everything had an ep on conspiracy theories. That we can't accept the universe is random so we make explanations like the moon landing was faked or JFK was taken out by the mob.

A user named "Q Clearance Patriot" first appeared on the /pol/ board of 4chan on October 28, 2017, posting in a thread titled "Calm Before the Storm", a reference to Trump's cryptic description of a gathering of United States military leaders he attended as "the calm before the storm". The "Storm" became QAnon parlance for an imminent event in which thousands of alleged suspects will be arrested, imprisoned, and executed for being child-eating pedophiles. The poster's username implied that they hold Q clearance, a United States Department of Energy security clearance required to access Top Secret information on nuclear weapons and materials. An Internet community soon developed around interpreting and analyzing posts attributed to Q, and among these conspiracy theorists, several individuals became minor celebrities within the community.

Problem is, most people don't know that community so they think the stuff is real. Like when we got an all points bulletin about Pedobear. Apparently some poor soul dressed like him at Comic-con but local cops kicked him out to "protect" children at CCI. I informed the officer in my office a real pedophile wouldn't dress as Pedobear, that he's a warning to the board people the poster likes young imagery. Then I had to explain how I knew.


But just an example of "normals" mistaking  geek culture. Granted, anime is around as perverted as some gaming. The Japanese have made perversion an art. They had a computer game where one scored points groping people on the train.

I have had one most every day for a week, then OK. But last night I woke around 10. Damn, it was like someone was smoking pot in my room. They had to be right outside my window, it was so skunky in here. But after chanting aggressively about their plans to “reclaim America,” their intended show of force stalled spectacularly when they lost their ride.

While the group had marched through the city with threatening chants about their plan to “reclaim America,” by the end of the night it was not even clear how they intended to reclaim their U-Haul.

The rally by more than 100 members of the “Patriot Front” group, held just blocks from the White House, sparked fear among many bystanders and immediately attracted the attention of law enforcement, who shadowed the group to forestall any conflict.

Members wore a uniform: white gaiters, sunglasses, blue jackets, khaki pants, and brown boots and hats. Some donned plastic shinguards, seeming to anticipate violence.

As Patriot Front’s leader Thomas Rousseau spoke beside the Capitol reflecting pool, bystanders booed. Asked about the reason for the march, Rousseau said, “Our demonstrations are an exhibition of our unified capability to organize, to show our strength—not as brawlers or public nuisances, but as men capable of illustrating a message and seeking an America that more closely resembles the interests of its true people.”

At the end of the night, the march ended in a logistical anti-climax. No arrests were made at the Arlington Memorial Bridge, where the demonstration wound down, and D.C. police Lt. That is when it became clear that more than two dozen members of the white supremacist group could not leave, as they were apparently stranded. Members of the group had waited in a one-way roundabout to depart in one of the U-Hauls they had used to transport themselves for the rally. But the large rented moving van could not fit them all, so many of them were forced to wait in 45-degree darkness as the bulky orange vehicle made multiple trips over the course of nearly three hours.

There's very few Vets I've ever spoken with, that actually saw action, that believe their time fighting was the 'good old days'.

It's a bit more like men preferring the company of other men who think like they do or at least have been thru similar situations.

Americans living in areas that supported Donald Trump in the last presidential election, are three times as likely to die from Covid-19, according to a new analysis.

In findings that will raise further questions as to why some sections of the country are far less willing to get vaccinated than others, the examination of 3,000 counties across the United States found people in places that voted for Mr Trump by at least 60 per cent had 2.7 times the death rate of counties that voted for Joe Biden by the same measure.

The analysis, carried out by National Public Radio, which examined the deaths of 100,000 people since 1 May 2021, echoes similar discoveries by the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF), which in September said counties that voted for Mr Trump had vaccination rates as much as 10 per cent lower than counties that voted for Mr Biden.

And they sit alongside a series of high-profile decisions by the governors of Republican states such as Florida and Texas, to block federal efforts to mandate people to use masks or take a vaccine.


In October, for instance, Texas governor Greg Abbott signed an executive order that prohibited any entity in the state, including private businesses, from requiring vaccinations for employees or their customers.

“The Covid-19 vaccine is safe, effective, and our best defence against the virus, but should always remain voluntary and never forced,” he tweeted.

Across the United States, around 60 per cent of the population is fully vaccinated. States such as Vermont — where 74 per cent are fully vaccinated — and Massachusetts, 73, have the highest rates per capita.

The lowest is Louisiana, where just 49 per cent of people are fully vaccinated and which Mr Trump - who mocked the wearing of masks even though he caught Covid - beat Mr Biden by 58 points to 40. In Texas, which Mr Trump won 52 - 46, the vaccination rate is 55 per cent.

Data collated by Johns Hopkins University suggests as many as many as 789,071 Americans have lost their lives to Covid, and that as many as 2,000 people are dying each day, as new variants such as omicron spread around the world.
