There's that 10th day crash they talk about did you see this one?
Weird how so many things us whackos claimed at the beginning of this entire thing seem to keep panning out. Like maybe some of us actually did pay some attention to science in the past?
Can't read it, dude.

Found this. Little sketchy. "Viruses are constantly changing, including the virus that causes Covid-19," the CDC said in a statement. "The level of protection offered by vaccination and surviving a previous infection changed during the study period. Vaccination remains the safest strategy for protecting against Covid-19," it added. The analysis was also carried out before the emergence of the Omicron variant, for which both vaccine and infection-derived immunity appear diminished, and before boosters were made widely available. It used case data from 1.1 million people who tested positive in New York and California between May 30 to November 30, 2021, and used that to model inferences about the wider population.Prior to Delta becoming dominant, vaccination conferred greater immunity than infection. But the relationship shifted when the variant became predominant in late June and July. - Selection bias? - By the week of October 3, vaccinated people who did not have prior Covid were three to four times (in California and New York, respectively) more likely to be infected than unvaccinated people with prior Covid. In the weeks of October 13 to November 14, vaccinated people who did not have prior Covid in California, were around three times more likely to be hospitalized than unvaccinated people with prior Covid. Protection was highest among those who had both vaccination and prior Covid. The study could however be impacted by an effect known as "selection bias," since it excluded people who died, who were overwhelmingly unvaccinated.Other research, including a notable paper from Israel in August, have also found that natural immunity was more potent than vaccines during the Delta surge. But the US CDC had previously taken the opposite position, based on pre-Delta data. "Further studies are needed to establish duration of protection from previous infection by variant type, severity, and symptomatology, including for the Omicron variant," the paper concluded
So it looked at the chance of catching covid, but eliminated people who died, all of whom HAD Covid & were probably unvaccinated? Doesn't make your head hurt? How would that not shift the results?

And it's probably still discounting the millions that have been asymptomatic. The healthier of us should have just gone on with daily life all along and gotten over covid as soon as possible.

We had word omicron was mild so maybe returning to lockdown was unnecessary. But we are still seeing what- 1000 die a day?

IIRC, over 7000 people die every day in the US.
So it's really not that big a deal, is it? We;re in no danger of running out of people, are we?

Maybe. How many of these missing workers have died or have long covid?

Judging by all the repeated requests for more handouts.........not nearly enough

sorta like the healthcare workers that were hailed as heroes while everyone else was huddled in their homes too scared to venture out........... it's funny how quickly the tide has turned and they're now labeled the problem people.

Your favorite party represents it here.
And you think Q somehow represents it on the right........despite the fact they're just a few oddballs by comparison

Really? You think I think like Drac or Xel? Manchin & Sinema walking lock step with the rest of the party? The progressive wing of the democrats aren't giving Biden as much grief as the Tea Party gave Boehner?

The AOCs and others are certainly being given more airtime and attention than the Tea Party. They got undermined by the Mitch McConnells of the GOP all along.
Did Boehner EVER get around to actually being a conservative? shrinking Govt? lowering the cost of Govt? Nope, the silly orange bastard stuck the tax payers with cleaning up the office he smoked in for years despite the rest of the country being forced to honor an indoor smoking ban. He's a real POS.

Where the HELL were you? The Tea Party was all over & blocked so much in Congress. Wife still smoking? I am starting to see ads about quitting vaping.
