The thing that makes me laugh is how the plastic drink covers now come with flip up latches and removable sip covers that seem to use more plastic that the average plastic straw. |

I normally just go in early, about 0600 hours, to avoid the crowd. 24-hour grocery stores aren't really a thing here. The places that stay open 24 hours don't have a full selection... more like convenience stores with some produce as well. They're not a thing here either... at least not locally. I've got two or three chain supermarkets that operate locally. Coles trades 0600 - 2200 hours daily and Woolworths trades 0700 - 2100 hours daily. Aldi trades during more traditional hours that don't suit me. |
